Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact our customer support team for assistance at  contact@crucianart.com.

Refund Policy: We only offer refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • If there was a duplicate purchase made in error.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
